Disinfectant is given an electrical charge as it's sprayed, so droplets are drawn to surfaces and wrap around them instead of only landing on the side facing the nozzle.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our regular clients give us access and come home to a finished house. Whatever arrangement makes you comfortable works for us.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything is included — equipment and products. If you'd prefer particular products used in your home or building, tell us and we'll use them.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, and we'll provide the certificates before a contract begins. It's a reasonable thing to ask any cleaning company for, and you should.
How is a cleaning priced?
After a walk-through we quote a fixed price based on square footage, surface types, traffic and frequency. You get the scope in writing first, and the figure doesn't move unless the scope does.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work happens at night or early morning so your staff and customers are never working around us. Weekends and holidays can be arranged.
What areas do you cover?
Mount Vernon and the surrounding Southern Illinois communities. If you're not sure whether you're in range, ring and ask — the answer is usually yes.
